Terms of Service

Acceptance

By using MAT, you agree to these terms. If you are using MAT on behalf of a school, you represent that you have authority to accept these terms on the school's behalf.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.

Your data

You own all records you create in MAT. We have a limited licence to store and process your data only as necessary to operate the service. This licence ends when you delete your account or request data deletion.

Acceptable use

MAT is intended for use by Montessori schools and allied professionals. You agree not to use MAT for any unlawful purpose, to upload any content that infringes third-party rights, or to attempt to access other schools' data.

Service availability

We maintain MAT with care and aim for high availability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will notify school administrators of material changes with at least 30 days' notice before the changes take effect.
