What we collect

MAT collects only what is necessary to provide the service. This includes: the email address you use to create an account, information you enter about your school and its classrooms (materials, observations, maintenance records), and basic usage information (page views, errors) to improve the product.

Your data is yours

The records you create in MAT belong entirely to your school. We do not sell, license, or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes. We do not use your school's records to train models or perform analytics beyond what is needed to operate the service.

Data export and deletion

You can export your full school record at any time, in full, without prior notice. If you choose to stop using MAT, you may request complete deletion of your data. Deletion is permanent and irreversible. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

School isolation

Each school's data is isolated from every other school at the database level using Row Level Security. No user in one school can access the data of another school, regardless of their role.

Cookies

MAT uses only functional cookies required to maintain your session. No tracking or advertising cookies are used.
